From Cacao Pod to Chocolate Bar—Grow & Make Real Chocolate at Home

When: Saturday, September 27, 2025 • 11:00 AM–3:00 PM ET (come-and-go demos)

What to expect: A fast, hands-on walk-through of cacao—how it grows (yes, even at home!)—plus a peek at small-batch chocolate making from bean to bar. I’ll have cacao pods, seeds, and gear to show, and I’m happy to talk indoor growing, fermentation basics, and tasting notes.
